The ALD910017SALI is a dual supercapacitor auto-balancing MOSFET array designed to balance leakage currents in up to two series-connected supercapacitors. It comes in an 8-pin SOIC package measuring 4.69 to 5.00 mm in length, 3.50 to 4.05 mm in width, with a 1.27 mm pin pitch. The device operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and supports a maximum drain-source voltage of 10.6 V and a maximum operating current of 80 mA. Each MOSFET has a precision gate threshold voltage of 1.70 V at 1 µA drain-source current, with output current varying exponentially with input voltage from below 0.3 nA to over 1000 µA. It meets RoHS requirements and is ESD sensitive.
