This model features the Intel® 82945GSE Graphics Memory Controller Hub and the Intel® I/O Controller Hub 7-M (ICH7M) and the Intel® 82574L Gigabit Ethernet Controller for Gigabit Ethernet connection. Moreover, both parallel and serial ATA interfaces are featured, giving the user flexible storage options. The COM-945GSE deploys versatile expansion interfaces including three PCI-Expressã€"x1〕, option for five additional PCI-Expressã€"x1〕, four 32-bit PCI, as well as LPC, SMBus and I2C. The multitude of expansion interfaces allow system integrators to expand their embedded systems without purchasing extra devices to build up necessary functions.
