LEXAN HF1130 is a UV-stabilized polycarbonate resin for injection molding, featuring high clarity, heat resistance, and dimensional stability. It has a density of 1.20 g/cm³, a melt mass-flow rate of 25 g/10 min at 300°C/1.2 kg, and a tensile yield strength of 62.0 MPa. The material exhibits a flexural modulus of 2300 MPa, a notched Izod impact strength of 640 J/m at 23°C, and a deflection temperature under load of 126°C at 1.8 MPa. It achieves a UL 94 V-2 flame rating at 1.2 mm thickness and has a transmittance of 88.0% with 1.00% haze. Continuous use ratings for electrical, impact, and structural applications are all 130°C per UL 746. Processing temperatures range from 270 to 295°C, with mold temperatures from 70 to 95°C.
