COPYLENE® CM500LN is a high melt flow, medium impact polypropylene copolymer resin designed for injection molding applications such as storage containers and TWIM. It has a density of 0.900 g/cm³, a melt flow rate of 50 g/10 min at 230°C/2.16 kg, a tensile yield strength of 20.7 MPa, a flexural modulus of 1100 MPa, and a Notched Izod impact strength of 110 J/m at 23°C. The deflection temperature under load is 97.0°C at 0.45 MPa. The material is processed via injection molding and is available in North America.
