The Model 4200 is a compact opacity and particulate monitor for continuous stack emissions monitoring, using dual LED cross-stack transmissometry. The transceiver measures 157 x 127 x 404 mm, and the retro-reflector 127 x 127 x 200 mm, with combined weight of 7 kg. It operates at 623 nm, measuring opacity 0-100% or dust density 0-999 mg/m³ with 0.1% and 0.1 mg/m³ resolution, respectively, and a 5-second response time. Suitable for stacks 0.3-9.7 m in diameter and pathlengths of 0.6-10 m, it handles flue gas up to 600 °C. The IP65/NEMA4 instrument has a 4-digit LED display, four-key keypad, and outputs for 0/2/4-20 mA analog and isolated relay contacts. Power input is 90-260 V AC, 50/60 Hz, drawing 5 W. Calibration uses a built-in audit jig. It complies with EN 61010 and EN 50 081/EN 50 082.
