The ZyXEL NWD310N PCI adapter brings you a better internet experience than the existing 11g network. With the data rates up to 300Mbps*, you can enjoy the incredible high-speed connection. It is an excellent solution for your daily activities such as file transferring, music downloading, video streaming and online gaming. By using multiple radios and according reflections, it creates a robust signal which reaches up to 4 times farther and thus reduces as much dead zone as possible. Not only does NWD310N PCI adapter provide you speed and coverage advantages, it also works with your existing 802.11b and 802.11g network.
Easy setup for a secure wireless network
To own a secure wireless network is not a headache anymore. The WPS (WiFi Protected Setup) only takes you just a few seconds to set up a secure wireless network. No more complicated procedure. No need to ask for help from a technical expert. You can either connect to your access point which supports WPS by simply push a button for configuration (PBC: Push Button Configuration) or enter 4 to 8 code given either by the ZyXEL NWD310N PCI adapter or your access point to create a simple but safe wireless network.
Enhanced Wireless Security and Privacy
In addition to basic 64/128-bit WEP encryption, the ZyXEL’s wireless network adapter NWD310N features the latest, enhanced wireless security mechanisms such as IEEE 802.1x authentication and Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA/WPA2). The enhanced security functions protect wireless communication and only allow authorized users to access your network. This protects your network from break-ins and information theft.
*The wireless data transfer rate is the theoretical maximum data transfer rate. The actual data transfer rate will vary depending on the network environment.
