The AZDC6-2AE-48D is a 12.5 A miniature power relay with DPST (2 Form A) contacts, designed for switching up to 600 VDC in applications such as PV systems and battery control. It has a compact size of 33.9 x 30.6 x 16 mm and is mounted via PCB terminals. The relay operates with a 48 VDC coil, has a coil power of 1.4 W at 23°C, and maintains holding power of 224 mW. It meets CSA C22.2, UL 508, RoHS, and REACH standards, with a dielectric strength of 4000 V RMS between coil and contacts, and an insulation resistance of 1000 MΩ min. The contact material is AgSnO, with a contact gap of 1.8 mm, and operating temperature range from -40°C to 90°C. The enclosure is P.B.T. polyester with UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
