The FQP27P06 is a P-channel MOSFET designed for switched-mode power supplies, audio amplifiers, DC motor control, and variable switching applications. It is packaged in a TO-220 case and rated for a drain-source voltage of -60 V and a continuous drain current of -27 A at 25°C. The maximum on-resistance is 70 mΩ at -10 V gate-source voltage. It supports a pulsed drain current of -108 A and has a single-pulsed avalanche energy rating of 560 mJ. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 1.25 °C/W and junction to ambient is 62.5 °C/W. The operating junction and storage temperature range is -55 to 175 °C.
