The T5 is a single-axis robot with a frameless structure, integrating an AC servomotor, ball screw, and linear guide for precision motion in pick-and-place and assembly applications. It uses a 2-row gothic arch groove linear guide and resolvers for position feedback with 16,384 pulses per revolution. The ball screw has a lead of 6, 12, or 20 mm, with maximum speeds of 400, 800, or 1200 mm/sec respectively, and strokes from 50 to 800 mm in 50 mm increments. Maximum horizontal payload is 9 kg, vertical is 2.4 kg, with rated thrust up to 64 N. Repeatability is ±0.02 mm. The unit is mounted with M4 x 0.7 bolts and has an overall width of 55 mm and height of 52 mm. Cable length options include 3.5 m standard, with 5 m or 10 m available. Controllers ERCX and ERCD are supported, with options for CE marking and Ethernet.
