The UH5-150G-830 is an infrared laser diode module emitting at 830 nm with 150 mW optical output power, designed for applications such as measurement and alignment. It features an adjustable focus beam with a minimum spot size of less than 100 μm at distances under 10 inches and a divergence of less than 1 mrad when collimated. The module operates on 3.3 to 5 V DC with a current draw below 300 mA, and includes ESD and reverse polarity protection. Its anodized aluminum body measures 12 mm in diameter and 51 mm in length, with recommended heat sinking for extended use. The laser is Class IIIB, operates continuously, and maintains a wavelength drift of 0.2 nm/°C with less than 1% power stability when thermally managed. Operating temperature ranges from +10°C to +50°C.
