Quick Connector for pressure testing of gas cylinders with water

The WEH^® Quick Connector type TW17 offers time saving on pressure testing of gas cylinders by eliminating tedious manual threading. Depress the pilot actuation button and simply push the TW17 quick connector into the internal thread of the gas cylinder. Release the pilot actuation button and the pressure-tight connection is made. The cylinder can now be leak tested with water. The test procedure is regulated by an external control unit.

WEH^® Connector for pressure and function tests on components with internal threads

The WEH^® TW17 is designed for sealing female thread applications. The higher the test pressure the tighter the WEH^® Connector clamps itself into the thread of the test piece. The front O-ring reliably seals the connection. No additional clamping devices are required. Time-consuming and expensive testing devices are eliminated.

The WEH^® Connector is available with different actuations:
manually with hand lever, pneumatically with valve head and pneumatically for external manual, semi or fully automatic control systems. Special applications, i.e. connectors in longer or shorter versions, as a plug or with hydraulic actuation etc. are possible.

Pressure range up to 5,000 psi.
