The X150UFG is an axial-lead glass-bodied high voltage diode rated for 15,000 V maximum working reverse voltage and 50 mA average rectified current. It has a reverse recovery time of 100 ns, a forward voltage drop of 1.0 V at 25 mA, and a peak surge current rating of 3.0 A. The diode is hermetically sealed, operates from -65°C to +175°C, and has a junction capacitance of 2.0 pF at 25°C. Its thermal impedance is 5 °C/W at 55°C and 12 °C/W at 100°C with 0.375-inch lead length. The package length is 0.360 inches (9.14 mm).
