The M100FF5 is an axial-lead, hermetic glass-bodied high voltage diode with a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 10,000 V, a maximum average rectified current of 20 mA, and a reverse recovery time of 50 ns. It has a junction capacitance of 0.5 pF at 25°C and 50 V DC, with a forward voltage drop of 12.5 V at 20 mA. Thermal impedance is 18 °C/W for a 0.000-inch lead length, 30 °C/W for 0.125 inches, and 50 °C/W for 0.250 inches. The part is rated for operating temperatures from -65°C to +175°C and storage temperatures from -65°C to +200°C. Maximum lead length is 0.300 inches (7.62 mm).
