Hermetic axial-lead high voltage diodes for military applications, meeting JANTX and JANTXV qualifications, with a reverse working voltage of 5000 V, average rectified current of 50 mA, and reverse recovery time of 70 ns. The device has a junction capacitance of 1.0 pF at 25°C and thermal impedance values of 18 °C/W, 30 °C/W, and 50 °C/W for lead lengths of 0.000", 0.125", and 0.250" respectively. Physical dimensions are 0.240 inch maximum length and 0.180 inch minimum lead spacing. Operating junction temperature range is -65°C to +175°C.
