The SMF6529 is a surface mount high voltage diode designed for applications requiring a working reverse voltage of 2000 volts. It has an average rectified current rating of 250 mA and a reverse current of 0.1 µA at its maximum working voltage. The forward voltage drop is specified at 3.0 volts, with a one-cycle surge current capability of 25 amps and a repetitive surge current of 10 amps. The diode features a reverse recovery time of 70 ns, making it suitable for high-speed applications. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -65°C to +175°C, with a storage temperature range of -65°C to +200°C. The SMF6529 is marked for easy identification and is suitable for use in environments where high voltage and reliability are critical.
