The 1N6517LL is a hermetic, formed-lead high voltage diode designed for surface mount applications, with a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 5000 V and an average forward rectified current of 1.5 A at 25°C. It features a reverse recovery time of 70 ns and a junction capacitance of 16 pF at 50 VDC. The thermal resistance is 5.0 °C/W, and the operating junction temperature ranges from -65°C to +175°C. Physical dimensions are 0.380 in (9.65 mm) maximum length and 0.250 in (6.35 mm) minimum lead spacing.
