In addition to multiroom audio, Excite speakers provide an appropriate and affordable choice for multimedia presentation and home theater applications. The EXCITE IW5 model provides a pair of 2-way in-wall loudspeakers featuring 5-1/4 inch woofers and 20 mm dome tweeters. Power handling is an ample 60 Watts (program), with an impressive frequency response from 60 Hz to 20 kHz (-3 dB). Rigidly constructed, Excite speakers are designed to enable a nearly flush installation when mounted in a typical drywall surface. A professional installation is easily achieved utilizing six dog toggle mounting clamps integrated into each speaker baffle. The matte white finish blends cleanly into any neutral-colored wall, and may be painted for an inconspicuous appearance against any colored surface.
