The SiR680ADP-T1-BE3 is an N-channel 80 V MOSFET in a PowerPAK SO-8 package, designed for synchronous rectification, DC/DC conversion, and motor drive control. It has a maximum drain-source on-state resistance of 0.00350 Ω at V_{GS} = 7.5 V and 0.00288 Ω at V_{GS} = 10 V, with a total gate charge of 43 nC. The device supports a continuous drain current of 125 A at T_C = 25 °C and a pulsed drain current of 300 A. It operates with a junction temperature range of -55 °C to +150 °C and meets the RoHS standard. The package is lead-free and halogen-free, with a thermal resistance of 0.9 °C/W (junction-to-case).
