The SiJH402E is an N-channel 40 V MOSFET designed for synchronous rectification, OR-ing, and motor drive control applications. It is packaged in a PowerPAK® 8 x 8L leadless format, which offers a 50 % smaller footprint than the D2PAK (TO-263). The device has a maximum drain-source on-state resistance of 0.00065 Ω at V_GS = 10 V and 0.00094 Ω at V_GS = 4.5 V, with a typical total gate charge of 75 nC. It supports a continuous drain current of 450 A at T_C = 25 °C and operates with a junction temperature range of -55 °C to +175 °C. The MOSFET is fully lead (Pb)-free and halogen-free, and has been 100 % R_DS and UIS tested.
