N-channel MOSFET in DPAK (TO-252) surface-mount package for high-voltage switching applications, rated at 500 V drain-source voltage and 2.4 A continuous drain current at 25 °C, with a maximum on-resistance of 3.0 Ω at 10 V gate-source voltage. The device supports repetitive avalanche operation up to 4.2 mJ and features a dynamic dV/dt rating of 3.5 V/ns. Maximum power dissipation is 42 W at 25 °C and 2.5 W on a 1" square PCB. Operating temperature range is from -55 °C to +150 °C.
