Vaisala Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide, Humidity and Temperature Probes HPP270 Series

Description
For Bio-Decontamination Processes The Vaisala PEROXCAP® Hydrogen Peroxide, Humidity, and Temperature Probe HPP270 series probes HPP271 and HPP272 are designed for demanding hydrogen peroxide bio-decontamination where repeatable, stable, and accurate measurement is essential. HPP270 series probes are suitable for a variety of applications such as isolator, material transfer hatch, and room bio-decontamination. The new, basic probe option HPP271 is for measuring only H2O2 vapor concentration whereas the renewed advanced option HPP272 provides all the parameters you need to measure during bio-decontamination processes: hydrogen peroxide vapor, temperature, and humidity as relative saturation and relative humidity. Now also dew point and vapor pressure measurements are possible. The probes can be used with the optional Vaisala Indigo transmitters or as standalone probes. For easy-to-use access to configuration, calibration, and adjustment the probe can be connected to Vaisala Insight PC software. Features  • Superior long-term stability and repeatability  • Traceable calibration certificate  • Corrosion-resistant stainless steel housing (IP65)  • Compatible with Indigo Output Transmitters when preferred Key Benefits • Measures reliably and accurately even in high humidity   • Intelligent measurement technology including the chemical purge function helps to maintain accuracy between calibrations in challenging H2O2 environments. The purging process involves rapid heating of the sensor to remove possible contamination. The PEROXCAP sensor used in the HPP270 series probes is warmed, which prevents condensation from forming on the sensor. This provides reliable measurement even in condensing conditions.  • 3 measurement parameters in 1 instrument   • In addition to hydrogen peroxide, the compact HPP272 measures temperature and humidity, referring to both relative humidity and relative saturation. This gives exact hydrogen peroxide readings in ppm throughout the whole bio-decontamination cycle. Dew point and vapor pressure measurements are possible.  • Successful audits   • Repeatable measurement helps you pass audits and regulatory inspections successfully.
