Hastelloy Alloy X welding wire can be used with the gas tungsten arc, gas metal arc and plasma welding processes. Alloy X is used extensively in high temperature applications including engine tailpipes, turbine blades, afterburner components, nozzle vanes, cabin heaters and combustion liners.
