The 800 Series is an indicating temperature switch with a bulb and capillary, featuring one SPDT output and external temperature indication. It is rated for ambient temperatures from -40 to 160°F (-40 to 71°C), with setpoint accuracy of ±1% of the adjustable range and repeatability after 15 G shock and 2.5 G vibration. The enclosure is Lexan™ with a black finish and clear faceplate, certified to IP66 and Type 4X for non-explosion-proof models. The capillary is 6 feet long, made of 304 stainless steel, and filled with non-toxic oil. Electrical contacts are rated at 15A at 125/250/480 VAC resistive, and 2A resistive or 1A inductive at 24-30 VDC. The unit has a 7/8-inch diameter knockout on the left side with 18 AWG color-coded leadwires and weighs 3 lbs 4 oz (1.47 kg).
