Series 7 totally enclosed pumps, with capacities of 53 GPM and a maximum 60' head, are the "workhorses" of the March product line. Designed for pumping high concentrations of acids and bases, high specific gravities, other highly corrosive solutions. With the magnetic drive, there is no shaft seal and no seal wear, leakage or squeal. Spindles are porcelain-ceramic. O-ring seals on pump covers are Viton. 50/60 cycle. Typical applications include computer cooling, photo processing, graphic printing, ion exchange recovery/ development, and aquariums. Motor is TEFC, continuous duty, ball bearing materials in contact with solutions are glass filled polypropylene and Ryton, or Kynar ceramic, Viton, Teflon PTFE and carbon. Max. liquid temperature for polypropylene and Ryton 190F, Kynar 200F. 1 1/2" FPT inlet, 1" MPT outlet. TEFC motor. 3450 RPM. Not self-priming.
