This pump has glass-filled polypropylene pump housings, ceramic impeller magnets, ceramic spindles and drive magnets, ceramic thrust washers, and Buna-N O-Rings. This line of pumps is designed to handle semi-corrosive acids, alkaline, and salt solutions, plus many other liquids where corrosion or contamination could be a problem. All pumps feature the magnetic drive, which eliminates the shaft seal. Materials in contact with your solution are ceramic magnet and spindle, glass filled PP and Buna-N. The drive motors are open, fan cooled, thermal overload protected and rated for continuous duty. All are 115V, single phase, 50/60 cycle. The max liquid temp is 190 deg F. Not self-priming.
