The only model in the March line that is equipped with a drip proof motor as standard, this pump is good for etching equipment, electrical discharge machinery (EDM), D.I. water systems, and aquariums (lobster and fish). Pump has a 115/230v motor, single phase, 1/2 hp. 50/60 cycle continuous duty, with thermal overload protection. 1" FPT inlet, 3/4" MPT outlet. Glass filled polypropylene and Ryton, ceramic, Viton, PTFE/Ryton bushing, carbon bushing. Discharge pressure is 21 psi. at shut-off. Not for strong chromic or sulfuric acids. NOT SELF PRIMING. Max. internal pressure 50 PSI. Max. head 49'. Max. temp: polypropylene 190F. Pumping liquids heavier then water may require an impeller trim. When pumping aggressive chemicals - contact manufacturer to verify chemical compatibility with materials in contact with solution.
