Drum/Carboy Pumps, two corrosion resistant styles, 15 GPM for electric - 12 GPM for air with electric or air drives. With the magnetic drive there is no physical contact between the drive and driven magnets - all possible leakage is eliminated, no packing or seals to wear or replace. Self-priming and designed for continuous duty for fast efficient transfer and handling of corrosive and problem liquids. Fixed and free-wheeling diffusers and impellers on the shaft deliver high flow and pressure with 1/3 the motor speed of other pumps. Lightweight and portable with 1-2/3" diameter tube to fit narrow neck containers. These pumps can pump liquids with specific gravities up to 1.84 and viscosities up to 750 SSU at reduced flow and pressure. The GM Series of pumps is constructed of CPVC and Polypropylene with Hastelloy C shaft and suitable for most acids, alkalies and all types of corrosive aqueous solutions to 160 F. The SM Series of pumps is constructed of stainless steel and Kynar with S. S. 316 shaft and suitable for trichlorethylene, light oils, and non flammable solvents. The electric drive is an enclosed motor (not designed for hazardous flammable liquids), 115 V., 60-50 Hz., 1 phase with thermal overload protection and supplied with 15' of 3-wire grounded cord and plug, built-in switch, protective drip cover and easy-carry handle. CAUTION: The motor must be protected from fuming acids that may corrode the windings. The air motor drive is 40-60 psi at 5-7 cfm and supplied with inlet air valve for speed control and muffler for quiet operation. Electric motors are continuous duty rated and 3400 RPM. Air motors are 2900 RPM. 3/4" O.D. discharge.
