These Quick Disconnect Couplings are designed for reliable automatic shut-offs. Single and double side shut-off connections in 1/8in or 1/4in flow are available for rigid pipe thread and panel mounting or in-line tube to tube couplings, made of autoclavable materials (with intermittent exposure). Polypropylene for photographic chemicals, plating solutions, excellent chemical resistance. They have EPDM Seals and are almond in color. Acetal for water and air supply lines, ink lines, potable water and vacuum lines. They have Buna-N Seals and are natural white in color. They are not UV stabilized. The Acetal meets FDA standards and is USDA approved. Vacuum to 28in. To 120psi working pressure for Acetal; to 120psi at 75deg F for Polypro. -40 to 180deg F operating temp for Acetal; 32 to 160deg F for Polypro. The springs and latches are 316 stainless steel for both the Acetal and Polypro.
