Of all the unmodified nylons, Nylon 101 is the strongest, most rigid and has one of the highest melting points. Commonly specified for screw machined electrical insulators and food contact parts. Not UV stabilized. -40F. to 225F. USDA, NSF, and 3A-Dairy compliant and meets FDA standards. NOTE: Standard 4 ft. lengths; will cut in one foot intervals. Special order up to 10" width can be quoted in 4 ft. lengths. Cut from plate. Tolerance: 1" thick +.025 - 000; 1-1/4" to 2" thick +.060 - 000 All prices are by the foot.
