This reducing adapter is 1-1/2" MPT x 1-1/4" barbed insert. The 1-1/4" barbed insert end measure 0.995" inside diameter and 1.425" outside diameter barbs. Polyethylene pipe should be clamped with one clamp directly over the barbs plus one additional clamp.
