Actuated valves for industrial, agricultural and commercial markets. Ideal for quick shut-off in low pressure or vacuum lines. Valve can handle 20" Hg vacuum in closed position and 7" Hg vacuum in open position. PVC construction with TPE (thermoplastic elastomers) lip-type seals, EPDM O-rings and Stainless Steel (304/A4) shaft and hardware. 3" and 4" have full serviceable double O-ring shaft seals. They have a full flow design with unrestricted flow. 3" and 4" have a 1/4" x 20 thread on shaft for easy shaft extension. Valves are quick opening/closing and have simple and trouble-free operation. Maximum operating pressure: 50 psi @ 70F, 3.5 bar @ 20C. Safety clip prevents unintentional closing. Custom made aluminum/stainless steel double acting air cylinder with 1/8" FPT ports. 60 psi minimum air pressure required to operate cylinder. Built for maximum performance and reliability. Magnetic piston standard on all cylinders.
