Low VOC Clear Primer for cleaning, deglazing and softening of ABS, PVC, and CPVC pipe and fittings prior to application of appropriate cement. Low VOC Clear Primer is formulated with a blend of powerful solvents which makes it a fast acting primer that removes any glaze often found on plastic pipe and fittings and softens the plastic so that it will accept the appropriate plastic solvent cement much more readily. Dauber top can for applying. Temperature range use 0F toe 100F. For use on PVC, ABS and CPVC pipe and fittings up through 16" (40.64 cm) diameter. Meets ASTM F656. Made in the USA.
