The OPB750N is a reflective object sensor with a phototransistor output, designed for PCB mounting. It features a 0.40" (10 mm) lead length and no mounting tabs. The sensor operates with an 890 nm LED and has a minimum contrast ratio of 1,000:1. It supports a forward DC current of 50 mA, a reverse voltage of 2 V, and a collector-emitter voltage of 24 V. The saturation voltage is 0.40 V at 150 µA collector current and 30 mA forward current. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C. The device complies with RoHS standards.
