The XC6806B445DR-G is a linear charger IC designed for single-cell lithium-ion and lithium-polymer batteries. Safety features include temperature monitoring in compliance with JEITA standards, charge timer, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), thermal control, and reverse current prevention.
