The XC6501B19B0R-G is a high-speed, low-noise CMOS linear voltage regulator capable of delivering a maximum output current of 200mA. It operates within a voltage range of 1.4V to 6.0V and provides stable output voltages from 2.0V to 5.0V with an accuracy of ¬±1%, and from 1.2V to 1.95V with an accuracy of ¬±0.02V. Notably, this regulator does not require an output capacitor due to its internal phase compensation, which simplifies circuit design. The device features a low operating current of 13OºA and a stand-by current of less than 0.1OºA when the CE pin is activated. It includes a current limit fold-back circuit for short circuit protection and an auto-discharge function for the output capacitor, enhancing safety and reliability. The dropout voltage is specified at 150mV under a load of 100mA at an output voltage of 2.8V, and it offers a ripple rejection of 50dB at 1kHz.
