The XC6124A222MG-G is a voltage detector with a watchdog function designed for low current consumption applications. It operates within a voltage range of 1.0V to 6.0V and can detect voltages from 1.6V to 5.0V in 0.1V increments, utilizing laser trimming technology for precision. The device features an N-channel open drain output and includes a watchdog input that generates a reset signal if the input remains stable during the specified timeout period. The XC6124 series supports six different watchdog timeout periods ranging from 50ms to 1.6s and offers five release delay times from 3.13ms to 400ms. The EN/ENB pin allows for control of the watchdog function, which can be disabled while keeping the voltage detection operational. The product is available in SOT-25 and USP-6C packages and is compliant with EU RoHS standards. It is suitable for applications such as microprocessor monitoring, memory backup circuits, and power-on reset systems.
