The VSP841 and VSP842 Pirani half bridges measure absolute pressure in the fine vacuum range. The robust heat conduction sensor is compact, pre-adjusted and temperature compensated. It is suitable for controlled and passive bridge circuits and as sensor for monitoring of vacuum isolations, readout of measurements with VD84.
