The ¬O,Äù M/D thermostatic mixing/diverting valve from ThermOmegaTech¬Æ utilizes advanced thermal actuator technology to automatically and accurately control fluid flow based on temperature. This valve is designed for both mixing and diverting applications, allowing it to proportion hot and cold fluid to achieve a desired outlet temperature or to divert flow based on temperature conditions. The valve features a compact and low mass design for rapid response and operates without the need for an external power source, minimizing maintenance requirements. It is constructed from durable materials, with options including 316 stainless steel and bronze, and is suitable for a variety of industrial applications such as cooling water control, hydraulic fluid cooling, and lube oil temperature management. The maximum operating pressure is 350 PSIG (24 BAR) and the maximum operating temperature is 250¬8F (121¬8C). Customization options for temperature settings and materials are available upon request.
The ThermOmegaTech® 3-way M/D thermostatic temperature control valves use a thermal actuator to automatically and accurately proportion flow in response to fluid temperature. For mixing applications, the M/D valves will modulate between the hot and cold “inlet feeds” to mix your fluid to the desired specified temperature. For diverting applications, the M/D operates as a thermal bypass valve (TBV) to modulate inlet fluid temperature and divert return flow based on temperature.
