This specification details Thermal Wire and Cable Corporation multi-conductor SIG 350C instrumentation cable. TWC SIG 350C are suitable for continuous operation at 350C and short-term exposure to temperatures as high as 450C.
These industrial strength cables are designed for installation in overhead cranes, glass plants, aluminum mills, slag and teeming ladel cars, ovens,furnaces, lights, machines for thermoplastics or other applications that require long service life in extreme heat.
When burned, modified silicone rubber leaves a non-conductive silicone dioxide ash which is an excellent dielectric that permits continued operation of the cable for an indefinite period.
