Texas Instruments High-Performance Analog UCC27322D

The UCC27322D is a single 9-A high-speed low-side MOSFET driver with an enable function, available in an 8-pin SOIC package measuring 3.91 mm × 4.90 mm. It delivers ±9 A peak current at the Miller plateau region using a TrueDrive hybrid output stage, with typical rise and fall times of 20 ns and 30 ns under a 10-nF load. Propagation delay is 25 ns for input falling and 35 ns for input rising. It operates with a 4.5-V to 15-V supply voltage and is rated for a junction temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The device features TTL/CMOS-compatible inputs, an active-high enable pin, and includes latch-up and ESD protection. It meets RoHS standards and is qualified for automotive use as UCC27322-Q1.
