The TPS77433DGK is a low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator capable of delivering up to 250 mA of output current with a typical dropout voltage of 200 mV. It operates with a quiescent current of 92 µA at full load, which reduces to less than 1 µA when disabled, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. The device features a power good (PG) output that indicates the operational status of the regulator, transitioning to a low-impedance state when the output voltage falls below 82% of its regulated value. This regulator is available in a fixed output voltage of 3.3 V and is packaged in an 8-pin MSOP (DGK) format.
