The TPS2835DR is a MOSFET driver designed for synchronous-buck power stages, featuring an inverting input for control signal compatibility. It operates from a 4.5-V to 15-V supply voltage and delivers up to 2.7-A peak sink current for the high-side driver and 3-A for the low-side driver under recommended conditions. The device includes adaptive dead-time control, an internal Schottky bootstrap diode, and protection via CROWBAR and ENABLE functions. It is packaged in a 14-terminal SOIC (D) package with a thermal pad, and operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
