Texas Instruments LM8325-1 Mobile I/O Companion Supporting Keyscan, I/O Expansion, PWM, and ACCESS.bus Host Interface LM8325DGR8-1/NOPB

The LM8325DGR8-1/NOPB is a mobile I/O companion designed to support keypad scanning, I/O expansion, pulse-width modulation (PWM), and an ACCESS.bus host interface. It features an internal RC oscillator, eliminating the need for an external clock, and includes a power-on reset (POR) and a watchdog timer. The device supports I¬=C-compatible ACCESS.bus communication at both 100 kHz and 400 kHz, and can handle keypad matrices of up to 104 keys, including 8 special function keys. This component provides three host-programmable PWM outputs for LED brightness modulation and allows for general-purpose I/O expansion on unused pins. It operates on a single supply voltage of 1.8V ¬± 10% and is rated for a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C.
