The LM25101AM/NOPB is a half-bridge gate driver designed to drive high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs in synchronous buck or half-bridge configurations. It provides a 3-A peak output current and features independent TTL-level logic inputs for precise control. The device operates with a supply voltage range of 9 V to 14 V and supports bootstrap voltages up to 100 V. It is packaged in an 8-pin SOIC with a body size of 3.91 mm × 4.9 mm.
