Texas Instruments DS64EV100 Programmable Single Equalizer DS64EV100SD/NOPB

The DS64EV100SD/NOPB is a programmable single equalizer designed for high-speed data transmission, capable of equalizing up to 24 dB loss at 10 Gbps and 22 dB loss at 6.4 Gbps. It features eight levels of programmable equalization, which can be controlled via three pins, allowing for flexibility in various applications. The device operates effectively with 30,Äù FR4 traces at 10 Gbps and 40,Äù FR4 traces at 6.4 Gbps, maintaining a low deterministic jitter of 0.175 UI at the latter speed. It supports both AC and DC-coupled data paths, making it suitable for long run-length data patterns, including PRBS-31 and 8b/10b codes. The DS64EV100SD/NOPB has a low power consumption of 100 mW typical at 2.5V and is housed in a compact 3 mm x 4 mm 14-pin leadless WSON package. It is rated for an operating temperature range of -40 to 85¬8C and has an ESD rating of over 8 kV HBM, ensuring robustness in various environments.
