The 6300 series is designed for repeatable and reliable medical sealing of pre-made pouch materials that meet cleanroom standards. The seamless stainless steel case is easily sanitized and built for long lasting and low maintenance operation. An isolated exhaust port prevents contamination of the surrounding cleanroom area.
The 6300 series comes equipped with features that make it intuitive and user-friendly including a high speed PLC with LCD touch screen which provides complete control over seal temperature, time and pressure. It also allows the user to view alarm history, seal count and calibration screens. The control system offers password protection of seal temperature, seal time, seal pressure, alarm bands and calibration screens. A unique name feature makes seal recipes programmable to maximize changeover speed. The 6300 also includes visible and audible alarms for jaw obstruction, cold seal and open sensor.
For applications that require complete process control, the 6300 is 100% validatable and calibratable and all seal process parameters are maintained seal to seal.
