The DE910-SC is a single band 800 MHz EV-DO Rev. A module designed for CDMA networks in China and APAC requiring R-UIM card technology. It features high-speed wireless connectivity combined with multi-constellation positioning capabilities from a high-sensitivity embedded GPS + GLONASS receiver. The DE910 SC offers complete backward compatibility to 1xRTT and is the upgrade path for all applications based on its companion 1xRTT module, the CE910 SC. It is also designed to have the same form factor as its UMTS / HSPA product family counterpart, the HE910 series. Drop-in compatibility across the xE910 family enables integrators and developers to design their applications once and take advantage of the global coverage and service flexibility with models in all prevalent cellular technologies worldwide. With its ultra-compact design and extended operating temperature range, the DE910 SC is the perfect platform for m2m applications and mobile data and comput¬ing devices. Additional features such as integrated TCP/IP and UDP/IP stacks and RX diversity for increased connectivity performance; provide extended functionality adding value to the end application without adding cost. The DE910 SC incorporates standalone GPS and GLONASS plus gpsOne® Assisted GPS for all types of mobile, location aware applications such as telematics, personal and asset track¬ing. The extensive interface set, which includes user definable GPIO, provides ease of integration for peripherals and actuators.
