ITW Plexus™ MA300 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of thermoplastic, metal and composite assemblies. Combined at a 1:1 ratio, it has a working time of 4 to 6 minutes and achieves 75% of ultimate strength in 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature. Plexus™ MA300 offers a combination of high strength and stiffness as well as the ability to bond a wide range of materials. Plexus™ MA300 is supplied in ready-to-use cartridges and requires a 400ml 1:1 dispensing gun to dispense.
