BJB PC-12 is a 20 Shore 00 two component Polyurethane gel system which was originally designed as a slow rebound and vibration dampening material. This product is RoHS compliant and does not contain mercury, MOCA, MDA, TDI or any volatile ingredients making it a very user friendly material. In addition, PC-12 is odorless, non-foaming and cures at room temperature. Pale Yellow/Transparent in color, this grade has a work time of 10-15 minutes with a 20-30 minute gel time and a full demold time of between 16-24 hours.
