Heat-Shrink Tubing, part number 43AC9145, is a flexible, dual wall, moisture-proof tubing made from polyolefin. It features a shrink ratio of 4:1, allowing it to accommodate a wide range of irregular shapes with only four sizes needed. The tubing has excellent mechanical strength and abrasion resistance, along with high optical clarity, making it suitable for applications where inspection of the substrate is necessary. The inner liner is integrally bonded and meltable, providing effective moisture-proof encapsulation, particularly adhering well to PVC. The minimum shrink temperature is 60¬8C (140¬8F), with full recovery occurring at 100¬8C (212¬8F). It operates effectively within a temperature range of -55¬8C to 75¬8C (-67¬8F to 167¬8F) and is RoHS compliant. The tubing is available in clear and is supplied in lengths of 1.2 meters (4 feet).
